When we received our paperwork from easyrent it stated that we could collect the vehicle at either the Hertz or Thrifty desk in Palma airport. When iI approached the Thrifty desk the operative Rita advised that I couldnt collect it here (despite wearing Hertz labelled clothing). I showed her the paper work that clearly said that the vehicle could be collected at either Hertz OR Thrifty, be she insisted that because there was a Hertz image on the paper work that the vehicle could only be colelcted at the Hertz desk. This continued for ten minutes of so and she eventually relented but told me in no uncertain terms that they wouldnt normally do this and that they were doing us a favour. I dont know if the paper work or the operative was wrong, either way it added undue stress to the process.

I received a different model from the one I booked, and the staff were unkind and paid 68 euros without any prior explanation. I thought I didn't have to pay for another insurance because I had axa comprehensive insurance beforehand, but I found out later when I saw the receipt why I paid for it. Can qeeq solve this or clearly let me know why?

Primera y última vez. Contratación engañosa. Para dejar una franquicia de 1.400€ es necesario tener un límite de 3.000€ en la tarjeta que no pone en ninguna parte. Total que el seguro que hice no sirvió de nada y tuvimos que pagar 123€ extras al no poder hacer la franquicia ya que "sólo" tenia un límite de 2.000€.

The service was terrible! I even spent extra money to get the Hague certification, notarization, Spanish sworn translation, international permit, and Chinese driver's license, yet they insisted my documents were invalid! This seemed like an excuse to force me to purchase their insurance. Without buying their insurance, I wasn’t allowed to take the car! The insurance cost €120 for three days, while my rental fee for three days was only slightly over 1,200 RMB. It's a complete scam. The rental platform did nothing to regulate this behavior! Additionally, the car I received was completely different from what I had reserved!

Our car rental experience was an absolute disaster. When we arrived at the rental company, there were over 50 people waiting — many of them literally sitting or lying on the floor. Despite having a reservation for a specific time, we had to wait more than two hours to collect our car. The service was appalling. The staff at the counter were extremely rude and unprofessional, offering no help or explanation for the delay. The situation at the key collection point was just as bad — chaotic and poorly organized, with staff showing no courtesy or basic customer service. Same for the drop off service. I would not recommend this company to anyone. It was a truly frustrating and disappointing experience.

I've rented cars multiple times in Europe and have always been very satisfied, leaving good reviews. However, this time with OK Mobility in Spain was quite disappointing. This company is a local Spanish car rental provider and requires a deposit of 2000 euros (while others only ask for 300 euros). I ended up losing 282 euros unfairly. In addition, it took 1.5 hours from arriving at the location to completing the car pickup. Furthermore, the fuel gauge showed only half a tank when I picked up the car, but I refueled fully before returning it, afraid of being charged unfairly again.

The staff member was very nice and even upgraded my car to an unlimited mileage model. He offered me insurance, but when I mentioned I had already purchased one, he was very understanding and informed me about potential issues. His attitude remained friendly throughout the process. When picking up the car, I specifically asked if I needed to immediately email them to document any scratches on the car. He said it was unnecessary and told me I could inform his colleagues when returning the car. However, when I returned the vehicle, the staff only asked me to place the keys in the box without inspecting the car. Later, when I got home, I received a damage bill of €960. I immediately emailed them with a video I had recorded, but received no response for a long time. Now, I have to rely on my insurance for reimbursement. It’s crucial to ensure they inspect the car on-site and confirm that the scratches aren’t new.

The car's electronic start and Bluetooth were not working properly. When picking up the car, there were some paint damages on it. I asked the rental company staff whether I should take photos, and I was told it wasn't necessary; I just needed to show them upon return (confirmed this with two different staff members). However, during the return process, the staff said that these damages should have been reported via email at the time of pickup, not during return. I later discovered that the rental company had written the email and phone number incorrectly on the contract. To avoid potential issues, I sent an email to the company, but it took several days to get a reply, and the issue of updating the incorrect information wasn't addressed.

The staff at the airport rental location were extremely rude and kept adding extra charges. They claimed we were late picking up the car, but refused our request to review surveillance footage of the queue time. They even threatened that we wouldn't get the car unless we paid the additional fees. They ignored us completely, took all the documents, and gave an ultimatum: 'Pay these extra charges now to get the car, or leave right now.' They also refused to communicate with the customer service team via phone. On top of that, they gave us a car with a tire pressure as low as 1.3.

The service was excellent. We couldn't find the floor to return the car, so the staff took us to the fourth floor and drove the car to the return point. Although there was a language barrier, they were very nice, and communication was smooth. The service was thorough and considerate. Highly recommended, every step was flawless.

Initially, they kept insisting I pay extra to upgrade the car and, after I refused, they aggressively pushed insurance on me. In the end, they didn’t even have the model I booked and gave me an SUV instead, which caused me a lot of trouble because the roads in Mallorca are extremely narrow, and the parking spaces are very small.

They overcharged 15 euros for service fees. It took 20 minutes to get through to the rental car company, and after a long discussion between customer service and the store staff, I had to make the payment first, wasting an hour. It is still unresolved.

I returned to the desk when I discovered there was additional damage on the car at pickup. This is quite a long walk back into the terminal. Agent at the desk was dismissive, told me it was minor and that it was "impossible" to add the additional damage onto my rental agreement, and that it should be reported when I drop the car off. There was no one to report it to when I returned at the end of my trip. Received an email a few days later attempting to charge almost £200 for damage to an alloy wheel which was there when I picked it up. Luckily I had pictures but it took a very long phone call (over 40 mins on hold) and further emails to resolve the issue and cancel the damage charges. Avoid Budget in Palma!

Terrible, extremely bad. This company acts as a middleman, similar to using a rental aggregation site like Zuzuche to book a car. They then book a car from a local rental company, Click Rent, but do not clearly specify which rental company is actually booked. This caused us to spend two hours searching in the parking lot.

La personne au guichet en plus d’être peu agréable a voulu nous vendre des assurances supplémentaires. Quand nous avons refusé, car nous avions déjà l’assurance Axa, il s’est montré arrogant en nous disant que la moindre rayure serait à notre charge car l’assurance ne nous couvrait pas du tout. Il a beaucoup insisté pour nous montrer les tarifs de l’agence en cas de rayure... et en nous recommandant plusieurs fois de prendre l’assurance. Vous faites le Check in seul. La voiture est livré très peu propre. Poussiéreuse et avec des taches de savon. Pour masquer les rayures et les mettre sur notre dos à notre retour ? Nous avons photographié toute la voiture sous toutes ses coutures. Pendant le Check in d’autres clients se sont fait embêter pour une rayure prise en photo mais non signifié sur le papier. Le retour s’est bien passé. Nous sommes tombé sur un agent sympa et agréable.

I didn’t hire the car as they wouldn’t hire the car to me at the price I had hired it on easyrentcars (c £30). They said the insurance provided by easyrentcars was insufficient and wanted to charge me over €300. This is the second terrible experience I’ve had between easyrentcars and the rental company in one summer. I had to go and rent a car away from easyrentcars as the service simply did not work.

Interrent charged an additional 191.39 euros, despite easyrentcars receipt saying I'd paid for the car and fully comprehensive insurance and no payment was due on arrival. This was like arriving at the airport for a flight I booked and being told it cost 200 euros extra!? I've then been charged a late charge of 40 euros and I'm still awaiting my 80 euros petrol deposit from May (now August) despite returning the car full and within the hour of the nominated return time. I called several times and was awaiting a response to the emails they had told me to write to. They then directed me to an online claim form, which I've just recieved a response to. They have informed me that the 191.39 is a compulsory charge, even though it was put in the 'Extras' column (therefore not allowing easyrentcar to claim the money back), and not included when or clearly noted when booking the car. It's been an expensive and frustrating experience.

It's same Goldcar scam but under Rhodium brand. They lie to you to make you buy additional insurance. The pickup location was described bad, I needed to find it on my own. I was 1 mile from the airport and intended to fill up the gasoline but the car's engine malfunctioned and became very dangerous so I could no longer drive the vehicle. It was not safe for me to proceed with filling up the gasoline tank. The issue was that the engine began to rev up at an accelerated rate of 5 on the tachometer despite my foot was on the break and the vehicle was at a stop. I had no other choice but to put the car into park, pull up the emergency break and turn the vehicle off to avoid throttling into oncoming traffic. Even with the car in ‘park’ the engine was still revving to a 5. As you can see, this car was not safe to drive. I was terrified and almost lost my life had the cur lurched again as it was trying to do, myself and others would have surely been dead. I was infront of Lidos Cuidad Jardin and left the car in the parking lot. It was not safe to operate further. Therefore I was not able to get gasoline and instead had to call a taxi to the airport. This was not only a terrifying experience but highly inconvenient for me to have to call a taxi on a busy road with all of my luggage because the car I rented and trusted would get me back to the airport safely instead malfunctioned and almost cost me my life. I’m disappointed to see I was charged $105 for gas after all of the trouble you caused me and ruined the end of my vacation by putting me in great danger. I would like refund for 1) the $105 for gasoline because it was impossible for me to refuel give the vehicle’s faulty condition and 2) the entire cost of my rental for this inconvenience and trauma you have caused me at the end of my vacation $363.26 ($292.68 + $70.58). Lastly, please get this car fixed before putting other customers lives in danger – this car is not safe.
