Pick-up Instructions

The Click Rent - Mallorca car rental location is located out of the airport

To find our courtesy bus: 1. Exit the arrivals terminal between doors B and C. 2. Walk along the conveyor belts toward the Parking building. 3. Cross the first pedestrian crossing with a traffic light, then turn left. 4. Walk 50 meters along the sidewalk to the next zebra crossing, where a black pedestrian path marked "Other VTC" begins. 5. Follow the path into the Parking building and continue until you see a red door with the sign "Abonats G." 6. Go through the door, and straight ahead, you will find the meeting point for our courtesy shuttle. For assistance, call +34 971 730 696. Our vehicles are delivered at our office near the airport, located in Polígono Son Oms, C/ Can Rius, 5, Palma.

Drop-off Instructions

Age requirements

21 - 100 years old

Young Driver Fee applies at 21 - 24 years old with charge of EUR 7.95 per day approximately.

Senior Driver Fee applies at 75 - 100 years old with charge of EUR 7.95 per day approximately.

Driver's License Requirements

The main driver and any additional drivers must provide a full physical driving licence with no major endorsements. The license should be held for at least 2 year(s).

For foreign renters, you need to bring:

Original driving licence + International Driving Permit (IDP)

Please note that an International Driving Permit (IDP) is only a translation. You must present your original driving licence together with the original IDP at the counter — photocopies or scanned copies are not accepted.

EU/EEA Driving License

EU/EEA driving licenses are valid for car rental across the EU/EEA, as well as in Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

Japanese customers are required to provide the original driver’s license, an International Driving Permit (IDP), and a Spanish driver’s license translation.
