The rental company kept pushing insurance upon arrival. If I hadn't repeatedly emphasized that I already purchased full coverage and didn't need it, they would have directly charged me for the insurance fee. The payment for a full tank of fuel seems to be mandatory and not just a pre-authorization. It takes about a week to get the refund, which could lead to exchange rate losses.

Overall, I am quite satisfied with the rental company. Although it is a bit far from the airport, when you reach the P2 parking lot, you'll find a small yellow shuttle with the rental company's logo to pick up customers. The shuttle bus takes you directly to the rental office, where the process is efficient. The cars are relatively new, very comfortable to drive, and it's convenient to refuel, as there are clear instructions on the fuel cap about which type of fuel to use. However, the only downside is the mandatory insurance purchase. Even though I already bought insurance through QEEQ when booking, I still had to buy it again. In the future, I will only purchase basic insurance on QEEQ.

The service attitude of the staff at the Seville Enterprise counter was terrible. I had a reservation to pick up the car at 5:30, but the car wasn't ready at all. We had to wait standing at the counter for over forty minutes. The car we eventually got already had 80,000 kilometers on it, was an old model, and had scratches all over. Later, while driving up a slope in the parking lot, the car even stalled. Since I had already purchased full insurance through Zuzuche, I carefully checked the bill, only to find that the clerk had added a €100 insurance without asking. It was so frustrating! After arguing, they reluctantly removed the insurance. This was the most disappointing car rental experience I've had.

Very bad. The QEEQ order only showed Shouqi Car Rental without informing the user that the actual partner company was Europcar locally. Both the pickup and dropoff addresses were incorrect, causing a lot of wasted time! Almost missed the flight!

Arrived at the store on time but did not get the reserved car model. Refused to upgrade the model unless purchasing the in-store insurance. The staff initially gave a larger but more rundown MG, with parts of the undercarriage guard falling off. Request to change the car was denied. After over an hour of communication with the platform and finally contacting the store manager, we got a SEAT. The staff were very rude.

The store is located very close to the train station and easy to find. Procedures are straightforward, but there is upselling; you can simply decline. You need to take the elevator to the underground parking lot on level -3 to locate the car yourself. When returning the car, the store conducts a strict inspection and appears somewhat unreasonable. Old damages on the car require proof with photos taken when picking up the car, and the photo's date must also be checked.

Pickup was convenient; Budget and Avis operate as one company now, using electronic receipts, so you can grab the keys and go. The car was relatively new, with a mileage of over 10,000 kilometers. It was a hybrid, possibly due to environmental restrictions in large cities. However, the transmission had issues, as it sometimes wouldn’t shift beyond third or fourth gear on the highway.

Very satisfied. After reading some reviews mentioning aggressive insurance upselling, I was a bit worried. However, the rental company only asked once, and when I declined, that was it. Their attitude during both pickup and drop-off was great. Only a 200-euro deposit was required, and just one card for the guarantee. The car itself was quite new with only 9,000 kilometers, easy to drive, and overall excellent.

The reserved car model was not available at the store, and the staff forced an upgrade with extra charges. Thankfully, after contacting the Zuzuche customer service, Zuzuche covered the upgrade costs. Later, I found out this is a common practice in Spain during peak seasons, where they attract customers with low prices and then force upgrades.

The original reservation was canceled by the Alamo city branch because I arrived at the pickup location over an hour late, and they charged me the full rental fee. The Zuzuche platform also failed to inform me in advance that exceeding one hour would result in being unable to pick up the car and having to pay the full amount. It turns out Alamo has such unfair and shameless terms, which were only mentioned inconspicuously in the contract. Moreover, the Alamo staff were extremely arrogant and seemed to take pleasure in the situation, likely making considerable profit from such practices. In the end, there was no way to claim compensation, and I had to make a new booking on-site. Caution everyone to avoid Alamo!!!

I rented a Nissan Qashqai but was given a Volvo XC40 instead. It's a much bigger car, and it's also brand new with only 2000 km on it. Very nice! It was very spacious for the four of us. We added full insurance at the car rental office, and the price was acceptable. Returning the car was also quite simple.

The rental company required purchasing their insurance at pickup, which I declined. There was no prior notice about the change in vehicle model. After completing the paperwork and receiving the car key, everything thereafter was self-service. The car provided was a Mercedes A180D instead of the Volkswagen T-Cross, and I was quite worried about scraping the undercarriage while driving on small roads. The staff at the return location were very friendly.

When we arrived, we were told that the reserved car model was unavailable, and they offered to upgrade to an Audi for an extra charge. After declining, we received a Chery DR, which was not among the models we had booked. It was quite large, electric, and lacked navigation. Considering our travel plans, we eventually went back to the store to pay extra for a different car.

El día que llegamos a recoger el vehiculo (Ford Fiesta o similar) nos dicen que ellos no tienen Forg Fiesta y lo que tenemos reservado es un Fiat 500!! Los mismo empleados nos dicen que es un coche de categoría inferior. Despues (siempre segun Qeeq) al parecer son de la misma categoría. Viajen ustedes 4 adultos en uno y en el otro y cuentenme si la esperiencia es "similar". Al entregar el vehiculo nadie vino para ver en que condiciones se entrega. Se deja en una plaza donde cualquiera podría rayarlo o causarles desperfectos sin que haya constancia de que fue entregado en buenas condiciones o por lo menos las mismas en las que fue recogido!! Hay que de nuevo fotografiar el vehiculo por todas partes y con dia y hora en la foto por si acaso!!!

The store charged additional fees unfairly, claiming that the Spanish driving license of the driver was less than 5 years old, and therefore charged more than 30 euros as per their website regulations. We had two people and two large suitcases; the car we originally booked couldn't fit them. The staff said we couldn't place them on the back seat or we'd be fined (though I doubt that would actually be the case). They offered an upgrade at a cheaper price, but it still would have cost us nearly 2000 extra. We firmly declined, and in the end, they upgraded us to an SUV for free! Extremely grateful!!!

Viaje por trabajo. Llegué a Sevilla a las 10:45h y tenía una reunión a las 13:30h en Córdoba. Estuve esperando la furgoneta que me llevase al punto de recogida durante 50 minutos. Cuando llegué al punto de recogida había una larga fila de personas esperando para recoger su coche. Tuve que esperar más de 30 minutos para que me atendieran. El personal muy amable pero estaban dos personas para atender a toda la gente que allí esperabamos y además tenían que atender las incidencias telefónicas. Finalmente llegue a Córdoba a las 14:00h media hora tarde.

Les loueurs sur place obligent à prendre une assurance tous risques non prévue dans le contrat. Je m'étais assurée avant de partir de savoir s il y aurait des frais supplémentaires et une personne EasyRentCar m'a confirmé que je n aurai rien à débourser de plus que le carburant. Or l assurance toys risques obligatoire vendue par le loueur augmente la valeur du véhicule de 20 euros par jour ce qui est scandaleux.

Interrent is very persistent in selling extra insurance and fully charges the security deposit on your credit card. It’s a heavy process and should be done as a preauthorisation only. Moreover the deposit is charged in the currency of your credit card (eg. USD) and refunded in EUR so you lose on exchange rate significantly

When picking up the car, we were offered to upgrade to a higher class for an additional 3 euros/day, from a Citroen C4 (95 petrol) to a Citroen C4 Picasso (diesel). The fuel cost was cheaper, and the car was in great condition, very satisfied.
