When you arrive at Sevilla airport (Arrivals hall, Ground Floor), please go to the meeting point located at the P2 meeting point. To do so, exit the terminal through any of the exits in the Arrivals hall, cross the street through zebra crossing and go left, following the pavement, until you reach the corner. Continue until you come to a post indicating the location of the P2 meeting point. Turn right, cross the zebra crossing, and head towards long stay car park P2. Once there you will see our shuttle bus, a free service that will take you in comfort from the arrival's terminal to our office. Returning the car by following the navigation was still somewhat tricky near the store. After circling a few times, I eventually found it. At the store, I spent 50 euros on full coverage for two days, which was roughly the same as the rental cost. However, it meant I didn't have to pre-authorize a 2000-euro deposit—paying for peace of mind. When returning the car, the staff checked the mileage and fuel level, and since everything was fine, the process was completed smoothly.

Overall, I am quite satisfied with the rental company. Although it is a bit far from the airport, when you reach the P2 parking lot, you'll find a small yellow shuttle with the rental company's logo to pick up customers. The shuttle bus takes you directly to the rental office, where the process is efficient. The cars are relatively new, very comfortable to drive, and it's convenient to refuel, as there are clear instructions on the fuel cap about which type of fuel to use. However, the only downside is the mandatory insurance purchase. Even though I already bought insurance through QEEQ when booking, I still had to buy it again. In the future, I will only purchase basic insurance on QEEQ.

The original booking was canceled entirely and all fees were charged because I arrived at the Alamo downtown location over an hour late. QEEQ did not inform me in advance that arriving more than an hour late would result in being unable to pick up the car and having the full amount charged. Such unreasonable and shameless terms were only subtly mentioned in the contract. Additionally, the Alamo staff were very arrogant and showed schadenfreude, seemingly profiting well from such practices. Ultimately, there was no way to claim compensation, and I had to place a new order on-site. I strongly advise everyone to avoid Alamo!

Budget is pretty good. They asked once about insurance, and we said we don't need it, so there was no upselling. The car had some scratches and dents, which were pointed out during pickup. During return, the staff inspected the car condition and checked the fuel receipt. Everything was fine.

Big companies are more reliable. The staff speaks good English and provides warm service. They offer insurance but don't force it on you. Explanations are clear, and the deposit is refunded very quickly after returning the car.

El día que llegamos a recoger el vehiculo (Ford Fiesta o similar) nos dicen que ellos no tienen Forg Fiesta y lo que tenemos reservado es un Fiat 500!! Los mismo empleados nos dicen que es un coche de categoría inferior. Despues (siempre segun Qeeq) al parecer son de la misma categoría. Viajen ustedes 4 adultos en uno y en el otro y cuentenme si la esperiencia es "similar". Al entregar el vehiculo nadie vino para ver en que condiciones se entrega. Se deja en una plaza donde cualquiera podría rayarlo o causarles desperfectos sin que haya constancia de que fue entregado en buenas condiciones o por lo menos las mismas en las que fue recogido!! Hay que de nuevo fotografiar el vehiculo por todas partes y con dia y hora en la foto por si acaso!!!

I paid on internet 31,85€ for a car rental for four days. When I arrived there, I was asked to add 125€ for insurance otherwise I shoud have paid a deposite of 1100€. It was written anywhere. Finally I paid 156€ for a car rental for 4 days It's incredibly expensive and dishonest.

I picked up the car at Sevilla airport. A male staff highly recommended another model, a MBW 2.20d, for us. He said that the car used diesel and it would has less fuel cost for travelling long distance. Owing to the darkness environment in the carpark, we could not easily identify the dirty situation of the car. After leaving the airport and under the sunlight, we found that the car was very very dirty. There was dust and debris inside the storing spaces at the doors and cabinet, mud on the carpart. Many white spots/paint on all seats. It was very disappointed that such car was not cleaned throughly before giving to customers.

Viaje por trabajo. Llegué a Sevilla a las 10:45h y tenía una reunión a las 13:30h en Córdoba. Estuve esperando la furgoneta que me llevase al punto de recogida durante 50 minutos. Cuando llegué al punto de recogida había una larga fila de personas esperando para recoger su coche. Tuve que esperar más de 30 minutos para que me atendieran. El personal muy amable pero estaban dos personas para atender a toda la gente que allí esperabamos y además tenían que atender las incidencias telefónicas. Finalmente llegue a Córdoba a las 14:00h media hora tarde.

Les loueurs sur place obligent à prendre une assurance tous risques non prévue dans le contrat. Je m'étais assurée avant de partir de savoir s il y aurait des frais supplémentaires et une personne EasyRentCar m'a confirmé que je n aurai rien à débourser de plus que le carburant. Or l assurance toys risques obligatoire vendue par le loueur augmente la valeur du véhicule de 20 euros par jour ce qui est scandaleux.
