Terrible experience. The headlights did not work, and the engine noise was as loud as a tractor. By the third day after picking up the car, it became unbearable. I called to request a replacement vehicle but couldn't get in touch with BUDGET. Even using a local phone to contact roadside assistance, no one answered. I have no idea how this company got a 9.2 rating. When I returned the car at 4:30 pm, which is still within working hours, no staff were around. Budget was extremely disappointing.

There weren't many people in line, only 4 ahead of me, but it still took 2 hours.

Extremely poor service. I rented an Audi A3, but they insisted I upgrade to a Mercedes for an extra fee. I refused, so they gave me a Citroën Élysée, which was very difficult to drive. When returning the car, they claimed the right door had a scratch and asked for photo proof that it wasn't me. Finally, after insisting on speaking to the store manager, they admitted their records were wrong – the scratch was on the left door. What a terrible rental company!

Car had a number of marks on it despite it having been recorded as having no marks on it upon collection of the vehicle. We chose this firm for the full to full fuel policy which we followed, but hidden in the terms and conditions was a 19 euro fuel policy automatic fee. This is always charged regardless of you bringing the car back full of fuel. You may as well just add that to the original booking fee. It’s sad that we still have to battle hidden charges in this day and age.

No issues. Great service.

At pickup the counter staff insisted upon charging me a refuelling charge even though I had booked Full to Full. The Voucher was not complete with Full to Full details. I had to use my own phone to get onto my Emails to find reference to Full to Full. Staff claimed they did not have internet access to do this themselves. Eventually showed them the confirmation and had a new contract printed. Still waiting to see if they refund me the refuelling charge on my credit card. This was highly stressful and meant that I was forgotten about for a long time whilst later arriving customers were dealt with.
