The vehicle was poorly maintained; after driving less than 100 kilometers, an AdBlue warning appeared. Not having driven a diesel before, I didn't know what AdBlue was and almost had a breakdown. Ended up spending money on AdBlue myself, which delayed my trip by nearly an hour.

Had to wait a long time while picking up the car and didn't know where to leave the keys when returning it at the airport the next morning, which caused a delay.

The store is not at the airport; it's too close to take a car but too far to walk, and very hard to find. No shuttle service for customers, unsatisfactory.
