Dont go to firefly barcelona

Horrible service. They force you to buy an extended insurance from them, even though we already got an AXAinsurance. Big discussion on that. It is also not possible to pay with another credit card ( my husbands) or debit card. When you choose for that, they said that it was only possible when chosing for their insurance.

Always ok

Thank you for choosing QEEQ and for sharing your experience with us. We apologize for any confusion caused by your purchase of insurance at the counter. It appears that you had already purchased AXA insurance through our website, so there was no need for duplicate coverage at the counter. To avoid any unnecessary costs, we kindly ask you to present the AXA insurance letter when picking up the car to decline any additional protection. If you require any further assistance, please do not hesit

“My booking process was excellent! But”
About Firefly: 7.7 /10
sadly firefly staff would not accept that i had my own insurance and quoted '' not with firefly you haven't!' 'she then insisted I buy more! Hidden within the fuel options! She was Kurt with her responses and not at all accommodating. For this reason I would never use or recommend firefly again. I have added proof of the extra excess/service charges below

“Waited for 1.5 hrs to get served at Pickup desk”
About Firefly: 8.3 /10
Had a very long wait of one and a half hours to get the keys at the airport. Firefly knows in advance when people are arriving to collect cars and how many. Why are arrangements not made to deal with customers in a timely manner? The customer service representative did not apologise for the wait. I had 3 young children and it was 11pm at night. Instead he had a go at trying ti confuse me into buying extra insurance.
