Booked on the app. Easy. The insurance bought however was covering less than the car price. I had to buy extra at the front desk.

The car rental process was unnecessarily slow. When there was no one else in line, every individual's insurance seemed to have issues, including an American lady whose credit card supposedly had built-in insurance, but they insisted she purchase additional coverage. However, as more people from my flight began lining up, with the queue extending outside the store, suddenly all insurance issues, including hers, were resolved. Additionally, the rental came with numerous restrictions, such as signs everywhere in the store saying you couldn't leave the province or had mileage limits. Don't be fooled by these; they are not reflected in the contract, so don't pay unnecessary fees. I was charged an extra 21.98 CAD and it disrupted my travel plans. Remember, the signage about province restrictions and a 200km mileage limit is misleading and not part of the agreement—just ignore them. Total costs: 65.94 CAD plus an additional driver, 21.98 CAD for leaving the province, and 14.50 CAD airport fee. Next time, I'll stick with Hertz or other major companies. These unexpected restrictions and charges affect your trip, and even with everything added, this isn't the cheapest option. Don't be tempted by low prices.

RAJ was outstanding and receiving the car. Extremely help filling out the contract. When returning, car was checked-in in 3 minutes. Van driver was prompt and courteous.

Everything else was fine, but the staff insisted I purchase theft insurance, even though I showed them a full coverage policy. They claimed it didn’t include theft and made me pay nearly $100 extra, saying it was required by local law.

The wait was extremely long; I waited nearly three hours to pick up the car, and my deposit has yet to be refunded. Avoid this rental company at all costs. It's the worst company I've ever dealt with.
