Great experience, great car.

The car was poorly cleaned. Don't think the inside windshield had ever been cleaned as it took me 30 mins with windex to get the film off. Spilt milk? in the cupholders. Very slow at the counter for pickup and drop off. Not a convenient location. Service and response around damaged window poor. Why should I pay 25% on top of paying for the window repair, contract poorly written

Ridiculously slow service both upon arrival and departure was even worse It took over 45 minutes from the time we dropped off vehicle b4 the shuttle driver arrived to bring us to the airport

Routes were experiencing some difficulties with their wifi system when I was scheduled to pick up. They were still friendly and professional. I needed to extend my rental by an extra day...it would have been nice to maybe have had a discount for the inconvenience at the pick up (1 hour wait to get the system sorted).

No problems. Everything was easy..just like the name says.

Like: I liked all the process
Dislike: Well the bad thing was that I lost my wallet and the last time I used it was when I had to show Drivers licience and my insurance card. I thought I must have left it on the counter but when I returned from vacation the people working at the counter said there was nothing there.
