The branch was really easy to find and there was no line at all, so picking up the car was super efficient. Just be aware that diesel cars need extra ADblue. We rented two cars and halfway through the trip one of them warned that ADblue was low, so we had to stop at a big gas station and pay to top it up ourselves. We forgot to mention this to the rental company when we returned the car, but we’re going to try emailing them to see if we can get reimbursed.

Pickup and drop-off were super quick. They first gave me a Kia that didn’t support CarPlay, but they immediately switched me to a Mazda. Loved that!
