Overall very convenient. Located near the domestic terminal exit, the pick-up and drop-off process was quick and easy, taking only a few minutes. The return procedure only required a quick inspection. The car was relatively new with approximately 2,000 kilometers on the mileage.
Pick-up and drop-off were very straightforward. There was no pressure to purchase insurance, and I only paid 10 NZD for a toll pass, which is useful as some roads charge tolls. With the pass, you don't have to pay manually. This is quite essential. Additionally, in New Zealand, many parking lots require you to immediately input your vehicle information at a payment machine or via an app after parking. Do not wait until you're leaving, as even during free time periods, you may be fined.
Overall, quite satisfied. Although the car has over 130,000 kilometers on the odometer, all its functions work perfectly. There are many signs of use on the car body, including stone chips and some light surface scratches. Just make sure to take photos for evidence when picking up the car.
The car was very new, but the power was so weak it made me question life. The pickup process was efficient. I would choose the same company again, but not the same car model.
I had previously rented directly from this company. While they do promote additional services, I personally had no issues with my experience. It was pretty good.
Extremely satisfied. Initially, I didn't have a Visa card and was about to cancel the booking for a refund, but later adding a second driver resolved the issue.
