Super legit rental company with zero hidden fees. I bought full coverage on QEEQ and there was absolutely no hard selling when picking up the car. When we returned it, they didn’t even fuss about inspecting the vehicle, and the lady there even drove us to the cable car station. The car was in great condition, really spacious, the trunk easily fit five 28-inch suitcases with room to spare, and the second row comfortably seated three adults. The windows were huge, almost like a panoramic view. Loved it—perfect car for our road trip across the North Island.

The service was great with no unpleasant experiences. The car rental and return process was simple and efficient.

Waited a bit for them to sort out my originally requested vehicle however the one they gave me was just as good if not better.

Unhelpful staff! Given booking was done through a third party QEEQ and Apex both denied being able to help with a very simple alteration in plans once payment had been taken. I would never recommend using this platform again.

It was a very pleasant car rental experience. After landing at the airport, the directions to the pickup point for the car rental company were a bit unclear, so we ended up asking for directions to find it. Other than that, everything was perfect—they provided a free child safety seat and even gave us a phone holder.

Short waiting time in line.

We drove through New Zealand's North and South Islands, and the company provided an online English translation service. Whenever there was an issue during the trip, the online customer support responded promptly. Overall, the service was excellent.

Drop off time was not made very clear by the staff in Auckland. We were told to drop off in Wellington by 4pm and therefore not realizing the vehicle had to be dropped off by 12 noon as per the booking paperwork.

The car pickup was very smooth. However, the car was a bit old, lacked cruise control, and the positions of the wiper and light controls were swapped, so it took some getting used to. The restrictions that changed midway were a bit too much, but luckily the ferry ticket remained unaffected.

The process was quick and easy. The service was excellent and very satisfying.

Really good overall

when I arrived the airport, the first lady who picked up my call was not too helpful. However the lady who help with car-pick up was excellent and super friendly. I had a fairly wait to be drop off back to the airport after car return, could be lunch time short staff.
