The overall car rental experience was excellent, and I successfully rented a car without any issues. The car was in great condition, and the staff were professional.
Overall, quite satisfied. Although the car has over 130,000 kilometers on the odometer, all its functions work perfectly. There are many signs of use on the car body, including stone chips and some light surface scratches. Just make sure to take photos for evidence when picking up the car.
The staff had a great attitude, no upselling, and handled the procedures very efficiently. The process of car return, inspection, and shuttle to the airport was seamless. Wonderful experience! The car was a 2025 model with only 5,600 kilometers driven.
There was a minor issue; I received an email saying I was fined 50 NZD during the trip. When I arrived at the rental office, the staff couldn't explain it. It's likely due to speeding or parking?
