The overall service was excellent, and the car was in great condition. Coincidentally, the staff had just become a new parent when we picked up the car—congratulations! I'll choose your company again when visiting New Zealand next year.
Scotties staff were excellent and accommodating when I called with unique questions. Easy collection, easy drop-off. Understanding about a mix up with time zones and helped me out.

Booking was smooth and easy. The emails received could include more info, or possibly a calendar invitation for the booking but otherwise great and easy service.
I think scotties’s shuttle (when I pick up)is really hard to find,so I walk 20 or more minutes to get there.However,scotties’s staff is good,they can speak Chinese to help us.(when I went to Christchurch)

Great value and friendly service. Only problem was it didn't have full tank. Got stuck buying fuel at the ski resort at $30 for 5 litres next day. Cars should be provided with full tank.
