Auckland Airport Pickup Instruction Click Here: Off Site Transfer Shuttle Pickup For International Arrivals, At the Auckland international Airport, once you've cleared the customs screening area for your luggage, please walk towards the Off Site Transfer Shuttle area via outside door 8, please give us a call once you are there and our team will be there shortly to have you picked up. Freephone: 0800 736 825 or +64 27 700 3634 For Domestic Arrivals, Please exit the terminal through door near the Jetstar arrival hall and head across the pedestrian crossing to the far lane. Please call us on Freephone 0800 84 24 24 or 027 700 3634 , Our staff will meet you in the off-airport pick-up area, look out for a van with Mint-Scotties Rentals sign on it. For All Afterhours Pickup after 5pm - 7.59am, If you are collecting your vehicle after our business hours of between 8:00am and 4.:59pm - you will need to contact our After Hours Pick Up team. All After Hours Pick Ups must be prearranged atleast 24 hours in advance and the online checkin must be completed for afterhours collections. If you haven't completed the online checkin you will be able to collect the rental vehicle the next business from 8am onwards. The fee for afterhours pickup is NZ $50.00 (including airport transfer). Please note all afterhour pick up& drop off are handled by our afterhour shuttle partner Flyaway.
