Pick-up Instructions

The EZU - Auckland Airport car rental location is located out of the airport

Please contact the staff to pick you up to EZU - Auckland Airport car rental when you arrived.

EZU Rental Cars are not far from the Airport and run a free shuttle on demand. Please call 022 182 5752 to request your pick up. You will be collected from: Domestic terminal: Shuttle pickup area across from Exit Doors 8 or 9 (near the control tower) International terminal: “Off-site Shuttle Transfer” pickup area, Lane 5

Drop-off Instructions

Please refuel your rental vehicle and drop it off to EZU at 67 Montgomerie road, Mangere, Auckland 2022. Our friendly staff will check the vehicle and then drop you off at the terminal of Auckland Airport.

Towards any New Zealand islands, taking rental cars crossing islands is allowed with certain conditions.

The car rental company only allows rental period over 10 days to cross the border. Cross-island access free of charge, but the customer is responsible for the ferry ticket and fee.

The directions are not very clear. Before returning the car, make sure to fill up at a nearby gas station to avoid returning with an empty tank.

No pushy sales at all. I arrived outside their business hours and the Heartland hotel shuttle took me straight to the hotel, then picking up the car was super smooth.
The car itself was a bit old though, a 2010 model with over 200,000 km on it.
