Overall satisfied. However, after the plane landed, the contact number on the 'pickup order' could not be reached. Not sure what went wrong. Eventually, I found the store's contact number through other means. It would be perfect if there were no issues with the phone number on the pickup order.

Purchased full insurance, had some scratches, just returned the key and everything was fine. The staff were very nice. Highly recommend Ezu.
