The first car provided was not cleaned thoroughly, had many small dents, and the seat was broken. Fortunately, we were able to switch to another car, but the exterior still had quite a few dents and the interior wasn't cleaned. If you want to switch cars, it takes more time, so we ended up cleaning the interior ourselves with wet wipes.

The staff said that since I had been in the U.S. for over six months, I was not eligible for the prepaid discount. They issued a new order on the spot, costing an extra $40! The service attitude was very unfriendly. Despite a long line of customers behind me, she slowly explained that I couldn't get the discount package.

AVIS provided an old Jeep instead of a Ford Escape as I booked. Similar, but the price should be different. The condition of the car is acceptable, but lower than our expectation. The counter stuff looks like not happy to serve.
