When renting the car, they provided a receipt with a QR code that gives the Google location for the return address, which is very convenient. The car was also cleaned very well. Pretty good.

There are 2-3 staff members at the small service window, and the processing speed is very fast! They only politely ask if you'd like to purchase additional insurance, and if not, they remain professional.

Dropping off the car was a hassle. I couldn’t figure out where to leave it, and in the end someone had to come collect it near Departure Gate 2 and they charged me 50 THB.

The store’s right off the main road so it’s really easy to find, just follow the GPS. The uphill access road is a bit narrow, but there’s a huge parking lot inside. Staff speak great English so communication was super easy. They didn’t charge any extra for picking up a bit early or returning a bit late to swap cars, and they even upgraded us for free to a seven-seater Hyundai – got really lucky.

This car rental was cheap, but there was a long queue to get the car. I've been renting cars in Thailand for 10 years, and this is the first time I got a brand-new one with only 78km on it. But I suspect it's a refurbished car because the license plate wasn't red. It had Bluetooth, but I couldn't connect it. The car maxed out at 100km/h and struggled to reach 120km/h. The performance was lacking, but hey, for just 130 baht a day, you can't expect perfection!

Very satisfied. As it was a last-minute booking, I asked if I could pick up the car two hours earlier. The store was very responsible and arranged for a dedicated staff member to deliver the car to the airport. When returning the car, a staff member also came to collect it. The car has a rearview camera, and the front windshield is equipped with sun protection film. Overall, very satisfied.

The main staff handling paperwork was warm and friendly, but the person who took me to inspect the car seemed inexperienced and didn't know how to close the rear trunk. The car wasn't provided with a full tank of fuel, which was surprising, though the staff couldn't communicate in English, so I made sure to take photos to document it. When exchanging the car, the inspection staff claimed they would charge for fuel, but after showing the photos I had taken, they quickly admitted it was a mistake in their colleague's record. Later, they mentioned no deposit would be deducted, but I haven't received any confirmation yet.

They gave me a silver Toyota with over 100,000 kilometers on it that had been in an accident and wasn’t repaired. The gas tank wasn’t full, and the car wasn’t even washed before delivery. The service was acceptable, but the overall impression was not good.

Need to sign another contract with 5000 baht deposited for car damage. The document had a small tick on one damage, it was rule out after request. But it was signed and return to the staff of KPN. Got the image that any mirror scratch( such as scratch by sand) will be charged. It is bad feeling than other car rent companies in Bangkok.
