I’m not sure if the experience is somehow related to my flight was delayed for more than 3 hours, I have no directions from the staff for the suggested gas station before I return the car. And there is no suggested route to drive to the drop off which is different from the experience that I rent can in Japan. I could not drive to the drop off location. Luckily, I drove to the same floor but on the other lane, the staff allow me to leave it to them. Thanks for the staff. Would suggest to provide the diving route of the drop off location on a paper with suggested gas station.

The service desk is located in the arrivals hall at the airport, making it easy to find. The process was completed quickly, and we picked up the car at 8 a.m. The staff was well-prepared. After completing the paperwork, someone escorted us to the car, which was parked right outside. The vehicle was new, clean, and the staff helped install the child safety seat. Return: Be sure to remember the return location and contact number. The location is important because there are many forks near the rental car area at Bangkok Airport, making it easy to take a wrong turn; follow the navigation. The contact number is for calling the staff 10 minutes in advance so they can meet you for the car return. However, when we called, no one answered, so we went straight to the counter at the site. The return process was very fast. Overall, it was an excellent experience—fast service, good car condition, and no pushy upselling. Highly recommended!

Rented for seven days, the car's floor had some dust when returning, and they insisted it was cigarette ash. People returning cars are often in a hurry to catch flights, so there’s no time to argue with them. They deducted 3280 baht unfairly. I will never rent from this company again.
