True enough, I was stopped once and got fined 1000 thb for not updating the vehicle log(needed for red number plate vehicle). The car is ok. But very disappointed to pay additional 1000 baht for repairing a tyre. When returning the car, the staff found a nail on the inner part of one of the tire. The place normally will not be notice / checked when collecting car. So, I didn't know whether the nail was already there when I collect the car or it is due to my driving. When returning the car, the tire looks perfectly fine, no leaking of air, and I had no problem of driving whole day back to the return. And we have be there talking to the staff, her leader for almost an hour, and the tire had no sign of leaking air at all. So I really doubt if the nail was already there when collecting the car.

The car condition from this company is impeccable. Even though the car had over 60,000 kilometers on it, all minor scratches on the body were clearly marked when picking it up. The model we got was the top configuration, with leather seats, electric seats, a large color screen, GPS, and paddle shifters on the steering wheel. Nothing was missing. Excellent!

Counter staff were very very unhelpful and refused to release the car as it was booked under and different name and we used a credit card that reflected a slightly different name as our passport. We have rented in so many countries and have never encountered a request that the credit card and to match the passport name! After 45 mins of proving our identity in everyway possible, and only when we asked to speak to their management, did she suggest that we could call QEEQ to change the booking name. QEEQ only took 1 minute to send us a new voucher and we got the car. Yesaway staff has the solution the whole time but they rather spend 45 minutes trying to turn us away. Very bad experience!

Should be more generous if the car is returned later. I wrote the flight arrives 12.30 hs, the booking was made 12 hs, which is not possible to pick up a car, when the flight arrives 12.30 hs. Then all the extra hours were charged. Many other companies do not charge up to 3 extra hours!
