We specifically recorded a video during pickup showing the side mirror was cracked. But they insisted it was just scratched. Anyway, it's a total scam. It's my bad luck. Do not rent a car from this company. They're incredibly shady.

When I arrived at the counter, there was no one there. I had to wait for a full five minutes before someone returned to the desk. During the car exchange, I was packing my golf bag and didn't have a chance to put two newly bought umbrellas into the bag before they drove the car away without any notice. It wasn't until I got on the plane that I remembered the new umbrellas.
