You can walk to the counter of Budget - Bangkok Airport car rental.

Shuttle Bus Instructions COUNTER: A member of the Budget staff will meet customer with free pick-up & delivery service or customer can use the phone to call the head office. There is no desk in terminal. CARS: A Budget rep will escort the client to their vehicle where the contract is completed and vehicle is inspected. RETURNS: Customer can telephone the head office in Bangkok to set up a meeting point where a Budget rep will collect the keys. AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: Not allowed unless prior arrangements are made with the office.

Driver's License Requirements

The main driver and any additional drivers must provide a full physical driving licence with no major endorsements. The license should be held for at least 1 year(s).

Very convenient. After getting off the plane, it's very close to pick up the car. Returning the car is also very convenient. After returning the car, you can go straight to the airport.
