The order page said there was Chinese customer service, but there wasn't. Also, the insurance is too expensive. A three-day car rental costs over 1,600 baht, but the insurance alone costs over 1,000 baht. Altogether, it's over 2,000 baht. I didn't want to buy the insurance because it's too expensive, but since there was no Chinese customer service, communication was difficult, so I just went with it.

The car was in great condition, but it took a while to find a gas station on the way back, which was a bit of a headache.
