Every thing are OK! Except for the directions to the parking lot. It wasn't like this the last time I used a Europcar. They gave me printed information map.

When I arrived at the counter, there was no one there. I had to wait for a full five minutes before someone returned to the desk. During the car exchange, I was packing my golf bag and didn't have a chance to put two newly bought umbrellas into the bag before they drove the car away without any notice. It wasn't until I got on the plane that I remembered the new umbrellas.

Very good, with great service attitude, a phone holder in the car, and prompt responses to inquiries.

Have always enjoyed booking with them! No issues, easy drop off - at departure point of airport terminal!
