After completing the paperwork, someone escorted us to the car, which was parked right outside. The vehicle was new, clean, and the staff helped install the child safety seat. Return: Be sure to remember the return location and contact number. The location is important because there are many forks near the rental car area at Bangkok Airport, making it easy to take a wrong turn; follow the navigation. The contact number is for calling the staff 10 minutes in advance so they can meet you for the car return. However, when we called, no one answered, so we went straight to the counter at the site. The return process was very fast. Overall, it was an excellent experience—fast service, good car condition, and no pushy upselling. Highly recommended!
