I don't understand why I was charged 130 Thai Baht when returning the car, and since I was rushing to catch my flight, I didn't get a receipt!

車の返却場所ののぼり旗をもう少し大きく目立つようにして欲しい。

免許翻訳でレンタカーを借りる事は出来るが、QEEQの職員には、完全には国際運転免許の代わりになるものではないと言われ、罰金対象になる可能性があると言われた。一度検問に遭遇して、ドキドキした。免許提示は求められなかった。ので、良かったが、本当の所は国際運転免許を持参した方が良いのか分からない。

Very satisfied, the vehicle is new and clean.

The return service was extremely poor. Never rent a car from Chic company. I returned the car half an hour late and was forced to pay a full day's rental fee. The return location was very difficult to find; the GPS kept leading me to the wrong place, and I ended up wandering around the airport, wasting time. I tried to explain to them, but the lady at the counter acted like she desperately needed money, saying, 'We gave you maps and pictures; being late is your problem. This is company policy.'

A friend of mine rented from another company for the same timeframe, and they were understanding—no problem at all.

While it's true I returned the car late, the delay was very short, and it was caused by the difficulty in finding the return location. Most companies would be understanding in such cases, but Chic was horribly strict. I definitely won’t rent from this company again!

今回は新車を借りることができました。返却時の対応もスムーズでした。

Overall service was good, but the condition of the car was poor. Surprisingly, there was no spare tire, which is quite unexpected. I wonder if minor issues could lead to bigger risks.

前回のASAPレンタカーと一緒で、また、言いがかりをつけてきました。ほとほと、スワンナプームのレンタル会社に嫌気がさしてきました。 ASAPは前回で相当嫌な思いをしたので今回はこのレンタカー会社にしましたが、この会社を中国系の企業らしくASAPと一緒です。 前回同様、返却時に車内で煙草を吸ったと言いがかりをつけ、クリーニング代を４０００バーツ請求してきました。 今回は私が日焼けで皮膚がボロボロのため、皮膚の欠片が床に落ちていたにも関わらず、タバコの灰だと言ってききませんでした。 喫煙していないと何度も主張しても、まったく取合わずデポジットからクリーニング代金4000バーツを請求してきました。 このデポジットというシステムですが、クレジットカードでレンタル時に払うため、レンタカー会社の都合でいかようにもなります。レンタルする側はどうにもなりません。 後ほど、Hertsのスタッフに聞いたところ、中国系のレンタル会社は日本人には適当にデポジットから保険や車両の傷、ガソリン代や清掃代など請求してもそのうち諦めるからほっとくと話していたのを聞いたことがあると言っていました。日本人のみなさんほんと気を付けて下さい。

The car pickup process was troublesome. Returning the car was also problematic due to miscommunication with customer service. They told me to wait at Terminal 1, Arrival Gate 3, but no one showed up. Parking at the airport was inconvenient, and being unfamiliar with the area, I spent over an hour driving around. The staff hadn’t arrived when I got there. While the fuel tank was full upon arrival, driving for over an hour lowered it slightly, and I was charged a deposit deduction of over 570 THB.

The overall service was excellent, everything went smoothly.
