Hello , I rented a car from budget desk from suvarnabhumi airport at 20:00 on 17th February. Your staff at front desk was very rude. She was trying to explain ‘taking photo of the fine of driving high speed brochure and send as email’. At the beginning , I didn’t understand because of Thai accent. then she started speaking with very high tone and ugly speaking sound. these girls at front deck can be more polite with Thai smile

Average, the return experience was extremely poor. On the way to return the car, I missed the PTT gas station and the tank wasn't full, which cost around 300-400.

Not bad, but the staff asked for too many documents and the process was a bit slow.

The car condition from Budget was great and very convenient. We rented the car for an 8-day self-drive trip starting in Bangkok, traveling to Pattaya, then Koh Samet, and back to Bangkok. The car was in excellent condition throughout the trip with no issues at all. Would definitely consider renting again next time.

Unlike other car rental companies that offer WeChat support and have Chinese-speaking staff, this company doesn't provide such convenience. With other companies, you can contact them via WeChat in advance for returns, which makes handling unforeseen situations easier. If it’s your first time renting a car in Thailand and your English isn’t good, I recommend choosing FlashRent. Although it's more expensive, it’s much more hassle-free with simpler procedures. For example, last time I rented with FlashRent, their staff were available at the counter even during late-night hours. In contrast, this company claims to be open 24/7, but I couldn’t find anyone when I arrived. Eventually, a kind lady from a neighboring car rental company helped me get in touch with them.
