Hertz has great customer service and is very professional. I'll always use Hertz in the future.

We landed up at Malpensa Terminial 2 instead of Terminal 1 which was a good thing in retrospect. Great service. Car was even upgraded. Well done Hertz

Extremely disappointed with the pick-up experience, had to queue (standing) for over 2 hours to pick up the car, no apology offered for waiting so long in line, by the time I got the keys and picked up the car it was close to 3 hours, I was only on vacation for 6 days so to have to spend almost 3 hours picking up a car rental would make me not want to use your service again if this is the acceptable level of service hertz is happy with. Since almost all rentals these days are pre booked and flight details given I can't understand why there would be a better system in place so people don't have to waste time standing in line for hours. I was so unhappy with this service, wouldn't use again.
