Waited about 20 minutes to get the car

The Chevrolet tahoe doesn't have enough space for 4 suitcases and 7 adults as advertised. The trunk is small we folded a chair and had to put luggage on us while driving. On previous trips we had the wagoneer and Ford expidition and they were both better. The front windshield glass was given to us with a small but annoying crack.

We got a car that exceeded our expectation, bigger than expected as we booked an intermediate size. The only complaint was that the external cleaning service was not working at the day of the pickup and we received a very dirty car (mud, dust etc'). The interior was clean. We were NOT notified by the desk service and had to come back after seeing the car to verify this is ok. Otherwise a smooth pickup and dropoff.

THe booking was very good, we will definitely try it again next time.

Car was ready for us as soon as we had finished paperwork. Car in good condition. Everyone very helpful.
