Van was great, picking up was a bit of a nightmare

The van wasn't available at the original pick up location. They ordered a Lyft for me and sent me to another location across the city that had a van. This delayed my trip by about an hour, but worked out ok. At the second location, I kept being told that I could not get the price of my Easyrentcar voucher, but I continued to say that I would not pay anything but the voucher price and eventually I was given it.

I was not given the contracted price at Hertz initially. I had a copy of my agreement. I kept being told, "I can not give you this price", but then they made good on it.

Overall it's quite convenient, but there are very few cars available possibly because business is very good. There were only two cars to choose from, which was unsatisfactory, considering Korean car performance isn’t very good.

Very convenient and easy to find. The whole process was smooth. Although the closing time is 6 PM, you can return the car by 7:45 PM.

I checked and rechecked my confirmation and no where did it say it the car was from Hertz. Finally called the number and only then I figured it out from the message. And talking about calling I had a concern that I tried to contact Hertz about. I called 10 times over 3 days and left 2 messages. Never could get through, did not receive a call back.
