Too few vehicles and the waiting time was excessively long, over three hours.

The staff were very helpful. They did try to upsell, but respected it when I declined and were still polite.

We rented the car to get back to the airport in Omaha. Within a few minutes of picking up the car, we got a text stating the flight was cancelled. We immediately took the car back and asked if they could do anything since we only had the car a few minutes and was returning it there. They charged us the full price.
