予約して行ったのに、レンタカーの場所に行ったら受付で手続きしてくれと言われ、かなりの荷物と小さな子供を抱えてわざわざフロントへ移動。フロントはスタッフが2人しかいなく、かなり長蛇の列が出来ていた。レンタカーのために30分ほど待つといういきなりのロスタイム。予約の意味無い。順番が回ってきたと思ったら保険どうするかと聞かれて、最低限のに入ってるので結構だと言っても伝わらない。この保証が付いてないわよなどと言ってるんだろうけど、言葉の壁がある以上、何故それをインターネットで選択出来るようにしないのか？時間の無駄。予約したものは95ドルなのに最終的に230ドルになると言われ意味わからないし、高すぎる。結構だと強く言ってどうにか120ドルになった。貴重な時間を奪われ、言葉の壁がストレス。このやり方ではレンタカーを利用したいと思えない。スムーズにするべき。予約から受取までのシステム自体に問題あると思う。チャイルドシートなんて最初からセッティングしていて欲しい。

We had to wait over an hour for our car which meant we missed out on some of the activities we had planned for the day. The gentleman behind the counter was very rude and claimed we needed to sign in using an iPad outside. The iPad (and the instructions to sign in) were all in Japanese. Whilst we were waiting (for over an hour) approximately 7 other customers came into the hertz store, missing the iPad and hadn’t signed in. The signage should be in all languages and not just in Japanese. When we eventually got to the front of the queue, the customer service agent who dealt with us was very apologetic, however we’d already waited so long that we’d missed the opportunity to conduct some of the activities we had planned to do.
