After I specifically asked if there were any charges beyond what I prepaid, I was told no. However, in the end, I was charged nearly 30 dollars. This 30-dollar insurance fee was neither explained nor asked if I needed it. I even asked before signing, but this just feels like taking advantage of me not reading the English contract. Even if I did read it, it wouldn't have helped—they just lied.

bit pushy on extra insurance even when we were covered and to upgrade. but pleasant and didnt hinder the booking process too much.
