“I won’t use Avis again”

Tried to give me a dirty heavily damaged Malibu and when I asked for another. I was told by a very rude guy that I’m renting a USED car! The car was so dirty and damaged that I insisted and was finally given a presentable car.

All went well. However Avis, as with all car hire companies, needs to speed up the check in process. Their computer system is extremely slow. Ridiculous slow. There was only one serving and by the time we were served the queue had grown from 0 to more than 7 and getting larger. Car could have been cleaner.
