The efficiency of pick-up and drop-off services was good. While I understand the rule for replacement within the same car category, being forced to accept a downgrade without a price reduction is unreasonable and shows a lack of contractual awareness.
Overall satisfied, the only issue was the persistent low tire pressure warning, which required me to go to the gas station every few days to inflate the tires. Communication with their customer service in English was difficult.
I have rented many times. Someone is always waiting at the door when I get off the plane. Communication is smooth, and there are no unnecessary tricks.
The staff at the pickup location was very enthusiastic. Late at night, they helped us handle the issue with the demagnetized credit card information entry. It was a very pleasant car rental experience.
Contacted at the airport for car pickup, the car was upgraded, and the staff was very friendly. Communication through WhatsApp was relatively convenient. When returning the car, I couldn't find their office. It’s recommended to return the car directly at the airport and inform them in advance through the app for a smoother process. There were some additional charges during the return, which I didn't calculate in detail. The parking fee of 40 AED needs to be paid by you.
