Overall pretty good.

The car’s performance was really nothing special. Once you picked up a bit of speed it started to feel unstable, almost like it was drifting. When I returned it, the staff tried to make a fuss over a tiny scratch, but luckily I had everything recorded on video. Compared with rental companies back home, there’s definitely a gap in experience.

Service was actually pretty good, and there were three people at the counter so things moved along fairly efficiently.

The location is easy to find, and picking up and returning the car is very convenient.

The car was new and in great condition. Both pickup and drop-off went smoothly. They briefly explained the insurance, and there was no pressure to buy it. Overall, it was a good experience.

Pickup was super smooth and easy to find just by following the signs. They didn’t push any extra insurance at all, just reminded me the booking only included the basic coverage from the rental company.
