The staff speaks good English and is highly experienced, processing the rental very efficiently. The only issue is that the car's fuel tank is very small, it filled up with just 80 RMB, resulting in some wasted fuel.

Overall satisfactory. Although the store is not located at the airport, the waiting time was short—around 10 minutes. The staff proactively came to the airport and took us to the parking lot to pick up the car, which was very efficient. The only downside was receiving four traffic fines in Dubai despite driving very carefully.

The customer service disappeared for an hour when picking up the car, leaving me waiting at the airport. I tried contacting them to resolve an issue with the vehicle, but they just ignored the messages. It felt like once you got the car, they didn’t care anymore. Rented the car for eight days, messaged them on the second day, and they only replied when I returned the car. I chose this company because of the high ratings, but I’m very disappointed.
