The rental counter is located in the terminal building. Please follow signs for car rentals once clearing the baggage claim. The National rental counter will be servicing Alamo customers.

Please return the vehicle to Parking A2. Follow the "Car Rental" signs at the airport to locate the car park. Once there, find the staff to complete the return procedure.

Driver's License Requirements

The main driver and any additional drivers must provide a full physical driving licence with no major endorsements. The license should be held for at least 1 year(s).

For foreign renters, you need to bring:

GCC Driving License

GCC Nationals, which includes the countries of Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia and UAE， must provide their valid GCC Driving Licence.

I feel like there are not enough staff at the rental company, and the pickup location has fewer people compared to the shop next door. The rental fee and deposit are charged separately, with a deposit of 3000 dirhams, which I think is too much. Refunds take 21 days. I compared it with another company, which only charged a total of 1000 dirhams for both the rental fee and deposit.
