Overall satisfied

I prepared in advance by doing research, brought my own phone holder, carefully studied the traffic rules, purchased full insurance, installed WAZE, drove safely without speeding. Parking in Abu Dhabi and Dubai was convenient and free of charge. Aside from the price increase during the National Day holiday, the self-driving experience was absolutely perfect.

When picking up the car, I filled in the wrong birth date (had to walk back from the parking lot to correct it), and there was confusion about the return location (the system submitted Abu Dhabi as the return location, but the store's confirmation slip showed Dubai). The reserved car model was not provided, Almo's prices are higher, but the cars are older—not worth it.

The car rental procedures and vehicle pick-up are not at the same location.

Terrible. When returning the car, a staff member tried to send me away and bothered my wife. I found out later. Absolutely reported him! Parking location at the airport is super hard to find. I really wanted to confront him.
