The staff at Ecovia were friendly, they gave us tips on the driving experience and provided us a number to contact if we had any issues. We were able to get in contact with him via Whatsapp and call and he was more than happy to help us.

The customer hotline was great when we weren't able to locate the local office. They were able to provide us a local number to call them.

I was upgraded with an Oprl Corsa 1.2 and was nice to drive.

Not very friendly or helpful, easy jet cancelled our flight for the 18th June and we moved the car pick up to the 19th June but they said they had not received our message and had taken our money and cancelled the car hire so we had to re book another car at twice the price having already lost the original pay out.

we got really good deal, since it was out of season. The car was not in a great shape, but If was really good deal so I could not complain.

The counter for processing car rental procedures is very efficient. The pickup is on the 4th floor, and the staff provided a detailed sheet marking all existing scratches on the car. The return process was also very efficient; the staff took a quick look and some photos to complete the inspection. Initially, I was worried they might nitpick, as reconfirming all pre-existing scratches could take some time, but this did not happen. I highly recommend this car rental company.

The customer service and the information provided on international driving license were incorrect and therefore very confusing. I needed to call the rental company myself to get the correct answer. Otherwise happy with the booking platform.

Rückgabe des fahrzeugs wollten sie erst am nächsten tag abschliessen obwohl während der öffnungszeiten das fahreug zurückgebracht habe. Erst auf mein verlangen musste der mitarbeiter am fahrzeugpark aufgeboten werden...was gut klappte, kam innert minuten zum fahrzeug.
