Although they repeatedly emphasized that choosing not to buy their insurance would require a high deposit, they performed very detailed checks during pick-up and drop-off. It's recommended to consider purchasing the rental company's insurance, as local road conditions are not great and traffic congestion is severe.
It's inconvenient to contact the car pick-up at the airport. The phone number provided connects to the headquarters, and getting transferred to the local branch takes a long time. I waited for quite a while.

Una estafa que suelen hacer a todo el mundo vamos.
I had some problems with the seller trying to force the insurance and not wanting to accept my credit card as a deposit, but after a lot of effort it was resolved.
Good service. The receptionist was a young lady who initially tried to promote their company's insurance. I used a translation app to inform her that I didn't need it, and she didn't insist. I successfully received the car keys.
The rental company is quite decent. Everything was normal. I clearly rented a Ford Focus station wagon, and the QEEQ website also showed only this model within the same category. However, when I arrived, the rental company only provided me with a Kia station wagon.
Overall very satisfied. The car pickup process was a bit slow, but the service attitude was excellent, and all charges (pre-authorization) were explained clearly.
Klass Wagen would not accept my credit card for car hire without collision coverage as it only had my first name initials- they require full first name on the card however they were happy to take payment to include the cost of the insurance which was several times more than the cost of the rental without insurance. There was also a 20 Euro charge to drop off at the airport location which was different from pick up.
