    The two staff members were very friendly. One was responsible for reception, and the other prepared the car. They briefly explained the insurance options. After seeing the QEEQ full insurance details, they did not try to upsell. All charges were clearly outlined. During car pickup, two deposits were charged: one for about €2000 as the vehicle deposit, which was refunded on the spot after inspection upon return; and another for €150, which was a prepaid amount for ETC rental and toll fees. This was settled within a month after the car was returned—our settlement took less than 20 days. Both the car pickup and return processes were straightforward. The condition of the car was clearly explained, and pre-existing minor scratches were marked. During return, they conducted a basic check, and as long as there were no major issues, they were not overly picky.
