The staff were all very polite. Although they repeatedly emphasized that choosing not to buy their insurance would require a high deposit, they performed very detailed checks during pick-up and drop-off. It's recommended to consider purchasing the rental company's insurance, as local road conditions are not great and traffic congestion is severe.

The only thing that I didn’t like I was asked either to book 2400 Euros in my credit card which I didn’t have or buy another insurance on top of the AXA insurance I purchased earlier which I was charged around 160 Euros.

Rather dodgy sales pitch on the extra insurance but unfortunately this is normal in a lot of places. They were quick to help with a tyre pressure light on the car and were friendly, especially on drop-off. Another thing I didn't like was that you have to pay the deposit and everything else on the same credit card - resulting in unnecesssary fees for the customer. Additionally, I was asked to clean the car before drop-off - this is for the purposes of inspecting for damages on return, so don't worry about paying for and spending time on a full wash. Overall it was a good car and decent experience.

Very professional, seems to be one of the larger car rental companies in the area.

They examined the car with a microscope on returning the car and charged me 240 Euro for 2 small scratches on the Front and rear bumpers that I'm not sure didn't not exist on pickup

I booked a Volkswagen but was given a Nissan instead. The car was very new and in great condition. The pickup location was right at the airport arrivals terminal, just outside, and the staff was very friendly. I purchased full insurance from the rental company with no additional upselling. If no one is there, remember to call them first. The return location is in a parking lot next to the airport. If no one is there, just call, and they will come. After the inspection, the staff will drive the rental car and drop you off at the airport. The service is friendly, and the deposit was refunded instantly after returning the car.
