The service was pretty good, and they explained what passes are needed for cross-border travel to the Czech Republic.

Everything went really smoothly with both pickup and return, and the car itself was a bright red, super new, and absolutely gorgeous.

The parking lot is really poorly lit, it’s almost dark. The car already had damage on it—dents and scratches—but no one told us that when we picked it up. At first we thought we’d caused it ourselves, and only later, after carefully checking the pickup photos, did we realize the damage was already there. Honestly, there’s a real risk hidden in this process.

The meeting point was in front of the NH Hotel, not the NL Hotel mentioned in the pickup guide, which doesn't even exist. We waited at the NH Hotel for 40 minutes before being picked up.

This is one of the only few rental companies at Vienna Airport’s car rental center that still accepts Mainland Chinese driver’s licenses. The whole process was quick and easy, no hard sell on extra insurance, the car was in great condition, and unlike Dryyve they don’t take a deposit upfront, just a pre-authorization. Returning the car was straightforward too.

Loved that they accepted the beginner’s credit card and still let us rent the car. The staff were really friendly, didn’t push any extra insurance at all, and clearly explained the extra charges for the Austrian highway vignette and driving across borders. Everything went smoothly on the trip, we were very happy with the whole experience.

Car was in great shape, easy to drive and surprisingly spacious. Just remember they don’t start work until 8am, so if you get there earlier you probably won’t be able to reach anyone.

The car was practically brand new and super clean! Got a Peugeot 308 you can’t even find back home—great on gas and still feels premium. The staff guy tried to upsell their insurance, but you can just show him the coverage you already booked on the platform and it’s fine.

It was okay overall. Since I’d already bought insurance back home and didn’t take theirs, they went over the car super carefully and the inspection dragged on for about half an hour.

Really easy to use and handle everything.

My flight landed in the morning and as soon as I walked out of the terminal I could see the shuttle pickup point (NH Hotel). At that time there seemed to be no other customers, the driver was already waiting so I didn’t even need to call. The rental office is about a 10-minute drive from the airport and the whole pickup process was pretty quick. Just make sure you bring all your travel companions with you when you go to pick up the car, because the parking lot you see right outside the terminal doesn’t offer any short-term free parking for drop-off; the minimum charge is 6€ even if you’re only there for 3 minutes.

The staff handled everything really quickly and were super friendly, but the car itself probably needed some maintenance—after driving for a while, the service light stayed on the whole time.

Picking up the car was super easy, and since it’s off-airport you don’t get hit with those extra airport taxes, which really cuts the overall rental cost down.

The location was pretty easy to find, but the service was a bit slow.

Rented the car for 49 days and drove 5,500 km—car ran smoothly the whole time, absolutely perfect!
