The service from the staff was excellent. We had six checked bags, two carry-ons, and two backpacks. The staff helped us load them into the rental car and also assisted with unloading them when we returned the car, even taking them to the shuttle back to the airport. It's a good idea to have some small gifts or cash for tips ready.

They helped us purchase multi-country border crossing fees and Austrian and Slovenian highway passes. It was incredibly hassle-free. Excellent service, provides shuttle service to the terminal with no hidden charges or insurance upselling. Highly recommended and trustworthy. Used up a bit of fuel without fully refilling, but upon return, the staff informed us it would only cost 5–6 euros. In the end, they charged just 5 euros. Very honest and reliable rental company.
