Very satisfied and quite professional. They explained various aspects and informed us about the trip. We traveled through Austria, Slovenia, and Croatia. They helped us purchase multi-country border crossing fees and Austrian and Slovenian highway passes. It was incredibly hassle-free. The Croatian highways operate similarly to domestic ones, where you take a ticket upon entering and pay when exiting. The entire trip went smoothly!
When renting, they greeted us with a smile and said they could help with any issues. However, when a problem actually arose, they said they do not provide that service and charged an additional service fee starting from 100 euros.
Very satisfied. They offer a free second driver, have a warm and personable attitude, and are easy to communicate with. The vehicles are mostly economy class. The owner is a young Hungarian entrepreneur who is very considerate of his customers.
