The actual store sign says Tyrex, and the owner is a Spanish-speaking man who is nice and genuine. Since Florida has many toll roads, the store required purchasing an ETC pass and didn’t allow the use of your own pass, which is understandable. The car was in good condition and well-cleaned.
Overall service was satisfactory, but the office closes too early. The instructions mentioned 9 PM, but when I went to return the car slightly after 8 PM, it was already closed without prior notice.
