Overall good

The handling fee for toll payment is a bit expensive, and the glasses left in the center console storage box were not recovered.

Hertz has great customer service; picking up and exchanging the car was very easy, especially since we arrived in Boston at night, so there was no line.

As ever , an excellent standard of service from Hertz. We needed to put a second driver on the car and we're a little surprised that we had to commit to the full term even though the second driver was only there for 9 days , but if that's the rules etc etc

The price drop mechanism didn't seem to trigger but we got a great price and service was perfect

The person on the counter was extremely rude. He also advised us that we hadn’t booked premium insurance when we had, and we had paid for it. When I requested and showed him proof he just shrugged his shoulders and said there’s nothing he could do and that we weren’t covered unless we paid more money. Also we have been charged more than the receipt

Like: Car and Hertz people were great. Coming on terminal 2 and picking up the car at terminal 1 was a bother
Dislike: Smooth out pickup issues
