Avis's service has consistently been excellent, much better than other rental companies. This time, the car was in an underground garage, and the staff helped drive the car up to avoid potential collisions downstairs—very thoughtful.

All was good till I realise Avis simply added almost triple the amount of we agreed price to my booking, 300 for one way fee which I had in original voucher with QEEQ and another 500 or so of unknown charges. Only extra I ordered was for toll pass. I think they even charged me gas which I ordered full to full and returned it full of course. Was fan of them before but this was a disaster!

Let’s see how QEEQ works with complains - if they will be on the side of their actual customer, I will give them a positive feedback.

I had a road incident, no one picked the phone, when i returned the car, I tried to talk to someone at customer support but the booth was empty and was waiting there for an hour, no one came.
